Project names, trademarks and technologies mentioned are cited for reference and remain the property of their respective owners. Case studies carried out for clients are published in anonymised form.
Personal data
The data controller is CALICETO, reachable at contact@caliceto.eu.
The contact form collects your name, email address and message for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. This data is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
It is neither shared nor sold. Only the necessary technical providers are involved: Microsoft for hosting the site, in France, and Brevo for delivering messages, within the European Union.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you may exercise by email to contact@caliceto.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and trackers
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and uses no third-party tracker for statistical purposes.
Only strictly necessary items are used: an anti-CSRF token set when the contact form is submitted, and a session affinity cookie belonging to the host. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted. These items are exempt from consent.
The Zilla Slab and IBM Plex typefaces are loaded from the Google Fonts service; in doing so, your IP address is sent to Google LLC.
